New Shaped Penrose Triangle – Welded Sheet Metal Impossible Sculpture
Beschreibung
New Shaped Penrose Triangle
New Shaped Penrose Triangle is an impossible sculpture constructed from bent and welded stainless steel sheet elements.
The object consists of precisely folded metal segments that are assembled into a closed, continuous structure.
Each triangular section is formed by bending flat stainless steel sheets and joining them through carefully executed weld seams.
The newly created edges are selectively coated in color to guide perception and maintain the illusion of impossibility.
This color-guided edge treatment visually connects separated segments into a continuous line when viewed from specific angles.
Although the sculpture is physically coherent and structurally stable, its geometry appears contradictory and impossible.
The illusion is generated through the interaction of perspective control, material transitions, and chromatic edge alignment.
From different viewpoints, the object reveals multiple consistent yet mutually exclusive spatial interpretations.
