Stanislav Konenko – Dual Structure Impossible Object in Stainless Steel
Beschreibung
Stanislav Konenko
Stanislav Konenko is a handcrafted stainless steel sculpture combining real and impossible geometry in a single structure.
The central element forms a physically coherent, continuous spatial loop. This inner construction can be understood as an infinite form, interrupted only by a controlled intersection at its center.
Attached to this core structure are outer elements derived from an impossible figure originally illustrated by Stanislav Konenko.
From the front and from the back, these elements visually complete an impossible continuous form.
From other viewpoints, the physical construction becomes visible.
All parts are manufactured from solid stainless steel and precisely welded, ground, and refined by hand.
Measures for rotated presentation: x = 860 mm, y = 470 mm, z = 820 mm. Measures for table presentation: x = 840 mm, y = 820 mm, y = 404 mm. Weight: 17 kg.
The sculpture explores the boundary between physical reality and visual paradox, combining real spatial continuity with perspectival illusion.
